Chassis: DB4/303/R
First delivered on 19th May 1960, DB4/303/R was finished in its current colour combination of Wedgewood Blue with off white interior, the same paint and interior it retains today. In 1964 303/R was bought by its second owner, who used the car to tow his Grand Prix ERA to meetings across the UK. It remained in the family collection until 2007, when it was purchased by its third owner having covered 57,000 miles from new.
An engine rebuild was completed by Oselli in 1997 and again in 2004 by Headshop UK of Warrington, Cheshire, to 'big valve' specification. Today, this matching numbers DB4 comes with virtually every MOT to verify the 64,000 miles, and it is even still on the original number plate it left the factory with, as well as having its original buff log book.
Whilst remaining in sound mechanical order, having had only 4 owners from new – importantly, one for 25 years – this is a very original, unrestored example of the much sought after DB4 model.
